Hi, I’m Coach Bru

For the past 25 years I’ve been building successful teams. For the first 12 years it was as a championship college lacrosse coach. And now for the last 13 years I’ve had the privilege of coaching coaches, CEOs and their teams.

I’ve helped college teams win NCAA conference and national championships. Helped professional sports franchises get the members of their front office on the same page and build their coaching staff into a more cohesive team.

In the corporate environment, I’ve worked with c-suite execs to facilitate better communication within their teams. Small and medium size businesses call on me to help them build better team chemistry at all levels of their organization. School districts also rely on me to build their administrative staff into a collaborative team whose strengths compliment one another.
